Returns Policy

At eHub Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please review our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

 

Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, open or used beauty products (including skincare, makeup, and hair care) are not eligible for return unless there is a shipping error.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customer@ehubentertainment.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or a full refund.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please email us at customer@ehubentertainment.com with your order details. We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Sale or discounted items may not be refunded but can exchanged for store credit within 7 days.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and the same return conditions apply.
  • Products must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging.
  • Exchange requests for open or used products will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened makeup products
  • Skincare products that have been opened or used
  • Hair care products that have been used
  • Gift cards

 

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, so it's important to act quickly.


Complimentary Gifts/ Samples: We hope you enjoy your complimentary gifts /samples with purchases made on our website. However, please acknowledge that such items purchased with the gift are non-returnable if any of the items have been opened or the packaging has been tampered with.
